Return Policy

It’s so awesome that you picked up something from our store! We wanna make sure you’re happy with it, so we’re gonna do what we can to make it right if you’re not fully satisfied.


We’ve got an amazing supplier who has a 3 stage quality control check before any order is shipped out to you, but if your order is straight up wrong, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with your order information and pictures if possible and we will see if we can’t get things straightened out.

Email innonativeassistant@gmail.com with the subject line along the lines of “order issue” or “return” or whatever feels right and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If your order was misprinted/damaged/defective, you’ve got up to 4 weeks after the product has been received to submit a return claim. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you made an oopsie and provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier (this happens), the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable), so please email us if you haven’t gotten it within a reasonable time!

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Just Not Happy - We wanna make sure you’re happy, but sometimes you’re just not for whatever reason, but we wanna do what we can to make sure you feel good about your order. We’re a small business and rampant returns could leave some bruises, but if it’s not the right fit or something like that, let us know and we’ll see if we can get you sorted out.
